The Green Party has unveiled their manifesto, which includes a plan to increase spending on health and social care to over £50 billion per year by 2030. In addition, they will invest £20 billion in improving hospitals, primary care buildings, and equipment. The party also promises to raise the salaries of NHS frontline workers, fight against the privatisation of the NHS, and provide rapid access to GPs and dentists. This comprehensive package aims to restore dignity to both staff and patients and address the underfunding and broken care system that the NHS currently faces. The Green Party is committed to fully funding and maintaining a public National Health Service.
